about us

Montes Medical Group was established in 1986 by Dr. Juan Z. Montes, an internist, and Dr. Alejandro Z. Montes, a pediatrician. The Montes brothers, along with Dr. Alex Tran and our wonderful mid-level providers, devote themselves to providing the highest level of personalized care by monitoring each patient's progress through life. We offer preventive care services and strive to quickly address medical issues as they arise. Each of our four locations is staffed and equipped to provide in-office exams and minor medical procedures. Our doctors also have privileges in several hospitals in the greater Los Angeles area and can provide referrals if necessary.
